UX Workshop for Product Managers

The UX team at Gale is small and that often means not every project gets the same amount of UX attention. Because of this shortage in UX resources, product leadership wanted our team to help their product managers better understand when and why to engage with the UX team and what parts of the process they could potentially take up themselves.

Over the 5 half-day sessions, we taught the UX process and used hands-on activities that related to the their own products. Not only were they learning UX methods and how our team could help, but advancing their own product research at the same time.
